This MP3 is designed to help the young patient make their final journey without fear.
The Little Bridge is for children with a short life expectancy - usually already in a hospice.
There are three elements to the track:
1. A magical hypnosis audio about a journey to a place where you will go one day.
2. Binaural music. This is a pleasant backing track which has been edited so that the left and right ears receive slightly different sounds when heard through headphones. This variation creates a naturally relaxed brain state. Even if the listener isn't registering the words, they will feel the effects of this section of the audio.
3. Natural sounds. This MP3 contains sounds of nature which are simple and relaxing.
On whichever level the child listens to this MP3, they will gain benefit.
